NC Med Assist is an organization that provides over-the-counter medications to North Carolina residents at no charge.
Once a month it has an event in Charlotte during which anyone who signs a form saying that they can’t afford to buy them can get up to eight items. Items include cough and cold medication, band-aids, vitamins, pain and allergy medications, and more.
