Firenza Pizza is opening its second location in Charlotte, at 6925 University Blvd. Its first location is at Northlake Mall, and there will be several more soon.
To celebrate its grand opening, Firenza Pizza is giving away a free pizza from Tuesday, June 5th, 2018, to Sunday, June 10th, to every customer who makes a $2 donation to EmpowHERment or Safe Alliance.
EmpowHERment is a Charlotte organization that helps girls and women become leaders, through mentorship. Safe Alliance provides hope and healing to those affected by domestic violence and sexual assault.
Guests will receive a free signature or up to 4-topping 10-inch pizza when they make a donation. Normally a signature 10-inch pizzas starts at $8.99.
In addition, the first 10 people in line on Friday, June 8, 2018 and Saturday, June 9, 2018 will get free pizza for a year.
The dough for each pizza is hand-stretched in front of the customer when the order is placed. Firenza offers nearly 40 fresh toppings to choose from.
Restaurant hours are 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
