Uncle Maddio’s, known for their pizza made with fresh, locally-sourced vegetables and hormone-free chicken, has opened its newest restaurant, in Northcross Shopping Center in Huntersville. This is the second in the Charlotte area. The first, in Overstreet Mall in Charlotte, opened last year. To celebrate, the Charlotte Observer reports, the Huntersville location is giving customers free 9 inch pizzas on Saturday, July 12th, 2014, from 11am to 2pm.
