Cabarrus County Active Living and Parks presents a free event, Senior Health and Wellness Expo, at Cabarrus Arena and Events Center, on Wednesday, March 8th, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event will feature engaging and exciting educational sessions, cooking demonstrations and tastings, health screenings, door prizes, and more.
