Learn more about yoga with a free workshop. On Monday, June 8th, at 5:30 p.m., Cliff Joyner, registered yoga instructor, will lead a free yoga basics workshop at Just Workout Fitness Studio in the Cotswold area.
The free class will cover:
- Pranayama (Breath Meditation)
- Ujjayi Breathing
- Introduction to Basic Yoga poses and transitions
- Vinyasa Slow flow – moving through poses in coordination with your breath
Bring a friend, hand towel, water bottle and an open mind!
