Learn about water in a cutting edge exhibit that’s coming to Concord Mills.

Global Water Center’s Mobile Discovery Center brings water to life with highly interactive and fun exhibits.

It’s free to the public and suited for all ages. In addition, guests who attend will receive a special discount to visit SEA LIFE Charlotte-Concord.

It will be in the parking lot outside of AMC Theaters.

Visit the Mobile Discovery Center on these dates:

Thursday, February 24th, to Sunday, February 27th, 2022: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Wednesday, March 2nd, to Saturday, March 5th, 2022: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sunday, March 7th: 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

This traveling, multi-sensory exhibit will lead you on an exploration of:

The three states of water
Why water is essential to life
The challenges and obstacles people experience when facing water scarcity or unsafe water
How the best technology and plans work together to deliver safe water (learn through augmented reality)
Water testing
Solar-powered systems
Water treatment
