Concord Mills is hosting a fun Halloween party for kids. It’s free for Kidgits Club members. Membership costs just $5 a year and enables your child to attend many, many events. Members also get a free Kidgits t-shirt and a birthday prize. You can sign up online or at the event, or at information desk 4 near Bass Pro Shops.
