7th Street Public Market, 224 East 7th Street, is hosting a free Halloween party for kids on Saturday, October 31st, 2015, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. All vendors at the Market will be passing out candy to the kids. Plus there will be spooky storytellers, raffle giveaways and more. At the same time, one of the vendors at the Market, Cloud 9 Confections, will be offering a hands-on cake pop and cookie decorating class. There’s a $5 charge for the class.
