Halloween Party at Charlotte Cirque and Dance Center

Charlotte Cirque and Dance Center, at 9315-E Monroe Road, invites the public to a free Halloween party on Saturday, October 28th, 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

All ages are welcome. The party features performances, costume and character contests, classes, food and prizes.
