Museum of the Waxhaws, 8215 Waxhaw Highway, Waxhaw, will present Haunted Legends Walk on Saturday, October 24th, 2015, from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. It’s for all ages and the cost is $5/person. Listen to spooky stories with a historical twist in the auditorium and the trails. Stories include Civil War Widow, Tale of Two Sisters, Haunted Gold Mine, Trail of Tears and Revolutionary Soldier’s Tale. Spooky storyteller Cindy Newell will be in the auditorium from 6:30 p.m. until 9:30 p.m., and the storytelling walks will start at 6:30 p.m., 7:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. If it rains, the event will move indoors.
