Amy Rogers reports in WFAE.org that Villa Heights Community Garden is looking for people to help with fall planting this Saturday, August 16th, 2014, between 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Lend a hand and you can take home whatever you’d like, for free. There are a lot of eggplants. You don’t have to register. Just stop by ready to help. The garden is located in Cordelia Park, at 2100 N. Davidson Street. It gives local residents a chance to learn about gardening and also have access to fresh produce. Keep up to date on this community project by liking Villa Heights Community Garden’s Facebook page.
