HI LITES is an annual festival that highlights local and regional audio, visual and performance artists. It takes place on February 22nd, 2020, from 2 p.m. to 2 a.m., at Goodyear Arts, 301 Camp Road.
Admission is free, but there’s a suggested donation of $15. All donations go to the performers.
