Historic Gold Hill is presenting two Halloween events on Saturday, October 26th, 2019, a Trick or Treat event and Ghost Tour in the Park.
Gold Hill is in southeastern Rowan County, near the Cabarrus County line.
Trick or Treat at Village Shops
Saturday, October 26th, 2019
11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
840 St. Stephen’s Church Road, Gold Hill

This Trick or Treat event is for kids age 10 and under. Merchants will be dressing up and handing out candy.
Gold Hill Ghost Tour in the Park
Saturday, October 26th, 2019
5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Gold Hill Mines Historic Park
735 St. Stephens Church Road
$6 (age 6-10: $3)
Check in at the Russell-Rufty Shelter
The Walking Tour and Hayride will take place at Gold Hill Mines Historic Park. Tickets will be on sale until 8 p.m. You don’t have to check in at 5 p.m, but once you do check in and purchase tickets, someone from your group must stay in line to hold your place.
Please be prepared for a wait.
Costumes are discouraged due to the hazard of tripping while walking on uneven ground and boarding the hayrides. Open toed shoes and flip flops are not recommended.
There will be six stops on the tour.

Following the Amphitheater stop, guides will escort groups to the Jail to board the hayride.
