Independence on the Farm is a family-friendly celebration to benefit wounded veterans. It takes place Saturday, November 17th, 2018, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., at Hunter Farm, 13624 Providence Road, Weddington.
20 Ride – America’s #1 Zac Brown Tribute is playing a concert, and the event also features:
- Wagon rides
- Petting barn
- Food and drink
- Craft beer
- More
The food and drink is included with your ticket.
Tickets are $35, but they are just $10 for veterans and active duty military. Adult family members of a veteran or active duty military member also get $10 tickets.

The event benefits The Independence Fund, which is committed to empowering our nation’s severely wounded, injured, or ill Veterans to overcome physical, mental, and emotional wounds incurred in the line of duty. The organization is dedicated to improving the lives of both our Veterans and their families. Through the Mobility, Caregiver, Adaptive Sports, Advocacy, and Family program, The Independence Fund strives to bridge the gap of unmet needs for Veterans and their Caregivers.
