Inner Peaks Climbing Center is celebrating its 20th anniversary with festivities on Saturday, July 7th, and Sunday, July 8th, 2018. Read on to learn about each event. Please note that Saturday’s event takes place at the Monroe Road location and Sunday’s is at the South End location.
20th Anniversary Celebration
Saturday, July 7th, 2018
1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Location: Inner Peaks Crown Point, 9535 Monroe Road
Cost: Free for members; $10 for non-members (includes entry into event and daypass to climb; gear rental additional)

- Most climbing areas will also be open. Orientations for new visitors will be offered on the half hour.
- There are no advance tickets; tickets will be available at the door
- All event attendees must have updated Inner Peaks waiver
2nd Annual Queen City Boulder Bash
Sunday, July 8th, 2018
2 p.m. to 5 p.m.: Citizens’ Competition
5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.: Onsight Finals
Location: Inner Peaks South End, 2220 S. Tryon Street
Cost: $35 in advance; $45 day of
Register: Online or at the front counter. After signing up, you will receive an email with a registration form which must be completed prior to competing.
This second annual competition will consist of a citizen’s competition, followed by onsight finals by top placing men and women. The top 3 male and female finishers in each division win prizes. There will also be free food on the grill (for members and competitors) during the onsight finals.
