Just Between Us is a free monthly health program for Black women.

The next Just Between Us event takes place March 29, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., at Ascend Nonprofit Solutions, 601 E 5th Street, Charlotte, North Carolina. It’s free, but please RSVP.

Health information from Black healthcare experts, tailored for Black women! Join this free monthly program to get answers to the questions you don’t always have time for at the doctor’s office. During this session, board-certified sleep medicine physician Dr. Kendra Richardson will answer all your questions about sleep and health. Bring your people! Any women you want on this journey to be heard, share experiences, and grow together are welcome. Light refreshments provided.
