Kids can try out summer camp activities for free at open houses at YMCA’s Camp Thunderbird and Camp Harrison. Read on for details of each event, as well links for registration.
Camp Thunderbird Open House on April 23, 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
EVENT DESCRIPTION
Bring the whole family for an afternoon of fun and adventure at YMCA Camp Thunderbird! You’ll be able to experience first hand many of the activities that our campers experience every day! From boating to horseback riding to climbing walls, you’ll discover a little bit about yourself and how impactful camp can be.

When you arrive, we’ll direct you to our spacious parking lot. Then, sign in, register to win a free week of Resident Camp, and grab a map. Then, you and your family can tour the camp, meet the counselors, and experience the wonder of camp. It’s a great way for families to see if YMCA Camp Thunderbird is the place for your child to have the best summer ever!

Camp Harrison May Mountain Madness on May 7, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Bring your family to YMCA Camp Harrison for the day, enjoy lunch in our dining hall, experience camp activities and take a tour of our beautiful camp. All are welcome at our annual May Mountain Madness!
