Families can enjoy a free, fun morning and also help patients at Levine Children’s Hospital. Kids Helping Kids Day takes place Saturday, October 14th, 2017, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Parking Lot B, in front of the hospital on the campus of Carolinas Medical Center and Levine Children’s Hospital, 1001 Blythe Blvd.

Here’s some of what’s going on for children, teens and families:
- Visit the Teddy Bear Clinic for a child-friendly, hands-on demo of what happens to patients inside the hospital
- Make cards and blankets to encourage and support patients
- Enjoy food: vouchers will be provided.
- Games
- Giveaways
- Bounce house
- More family activities
The festivities start at 9 a.m. after the Carolinas HealthCare Foundation Hopebuilders 5K.
