Kings Mountain Historical Museum, 106 E Mountain Street, Kings Mountain, NC, is presenting a World War II Living History Day on Saturday, May 25, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
At this free event there will be displays and re-enactors on site.

Learn about U.S. Military involvement during the European Theater of Operations. The main focus of this living history event will focus on the Airborne Operations (Parachute Infantry Regiment) during World War II.
Various uniforms, gear, weapons, demolitions equipment and communications equipment will be on display outside on the museum grounds.
Additionally, the Barber House will be open to the public with WWII cooking demonstrations with Susie Worcester.
Presented by the 508th Headquarters-Headquarters P.I.R. of the 82nd Airborne Division.
