Kizomba Charlotte open air dancing will take place at First Ward Park, 301 East 7th Street, on Wednesday, April 26th, 2017, from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Kizomba is a partner dance from Angola. All flavors of music will be played: kizomba, semba, ghetto zouk, zouk, kompa, cabo love. The group will meet by the fountain. Parking is free on the street after 6 p.m.
If there are new people, there will be a short 15 minute intro lesson. Open dance will follow. Pets and babies are welcome.
Kizomba Charlotte is an adult dance school that promotes Kizomba dance culture in Charlotte through weekly classes and social dance events.
