Light Up Lowell

Light Up Lowell Festival features vendors, music, food, kids’ activities, and lots of Christmas cheer!

It takes place on Saturday, December 15th, 2018, at 102 E. 1st Street (between Police Department and Fire Department.)

This is a free festival admission Sponsored by the Lowell Merchant’s Association and the City of Lowell

At 3 p.m. the City of Lowell Christmas Parade takes place from N. Main St. to W. 1st St. Parade starts at Harold Rankin Park (715 N. Main St.) and ends at Popular Street.
