Both locations of The Mint Museum are free to visit every Wednesday after 5 p.m.
In addition, Mint Museum Uptown will host Live at the Mint, a varied program of art performances and discussions.
Live at the Mint celebrates Charlotte’s dynamic arts community. Each week will feature a new lineup, from performance art to lectures with leading artists, provocative films to gallery tours with community leaders (and lots of specially-crafted art activities and craft cocktails in between).
Every Live at the Mint is an intentionally layered experience that will incorporate the permanent collection and special exhibitions.
The program takes place each Wednesday at 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., from January 15th, to February 26th, 2020.
Live at the Mint is free to attend.
