Lowell Halloween Treat Walk

The Lowell Merchant’s Association and the City of Lowell are sponsoring their 5th annual Halloween Treat Walk on Thursday, October 25th, 2018, from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Participating Downtown Merchants will provide a safe Halloween celebration with treats and no tricks.

Line-up starts at 3:45pm at the Lowell City Hall Parking Lot, 101 W. 1st street, Lowell. The treat walk will begin promptly at 4:00 p.m.

The group will be led by adult volunteers. Police and fire personnel will also assist to ensure the children’s safety, especially at street crossings.
