If you’re a fan of Harry Potter or magic in general, visit Google Fiber Space, 301 East 7th Street, on Friday, May 19th, 2017, for Magic Movie Night: Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.
This is a free event, running from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Spend an evening experiencing virtual reality at the Google Fiber Space with Daydream and Warner Brothers’ “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.” Enjoy spellbinding treats while watching the adventure unfold onscreen. Come dressed in your best costume and a lucky few will go home with movie night prize packs.
Activities include:
- Costume contest – winner will receive two tickets to Charlotte Symphony Orchestra’s Harry Potter Concert
- Build your own wand station using fiber construction materials
- Photobooth with working Sorting Hat
- Visit from Charlotte Quidditch Team players
- 7-8:30pm Harry Potter Trivia for prizes and VR Daydream Demos
- 8:30pm Screening of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them outdoors on the porch. Please bring your own seating or blankets
