Join the Town of Cornelius Parks & Recreation Department, Torrence Chapel AME Zion Church, and Ausie & Martin Rivens Scholarship Foundation to celebrate and honor Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
This event takes place Monday, January 20, 2025, from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., at Cornelius Town Hall, 21445 Catawba Avenue, Cornelius, North Carolina.
The program will feature Bishop Darryl B. Starnes, Sr., of the AME Zion Church, and include additional guest speakers, musical performances from local churches, and uplifting conversations of unity.
This event is free, open to the public, and appropriate for all ages. Lunch will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
