
Moms can celebrate Mother’s Day by visiting Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden for half price on Sunday, May 11, 2025.
The hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The cost for non-moms is $20 for adults, $16 for seniors, $10 for children (2-12) and free for children under 2. On Mother’s Day, moms can visit for $10, and senior moms (age 60+) can visit for $8.
Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden is the largest garden in the Charlotte area, with 110 acres to explore, including the Four Seasons garden, the Canal Garden, Lost Hollow (an area for children), an Orchid Conservatory and more.
Enjoy the spring blossoms at the Garden, as well as food trucks. From 1 to 3 p.m., enjoy live music on the lawn by the folk duo, Munn & Nunn.
The first 500 moms to visit the Farmhouse Garden Center, beside the Trailhead Store, will receive a free starter bloom to plant at home. Blooms include native and non-invasive favorites like zinnias, marigolds and other pollinator-friendly flowers.
Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden is part of the newly branded Daniel Stowe Conservancy, which includes 380 acres. The trails and dog park in the conservancy are free to visit.
The garden is at 6500 South New Hope Road, Belmont, North Carolina.
