Morrison Regional Library, at 7015 Morrison Blvd, is re-opening after renovations. Get a look at all that’s new and improved during the re-opening celebration on Saturday, December 16th, 2017, from 8:45 a.m. to 5 p.m.
There will a ribbon cutting ceremony at 8:45 a.m. and the doors will open at 9 a.m.
Guests are encouraged to visit the new terrace and outdoor patio spaces, the redesigned children and teen areas, the all new maker space room, an expanded computer lab, and enjoy a beverage in the new vending café.
Here’s what’s going on:
- Tours of the building (all day)
- Family Storytime 10:30 a.m.
- Family Storytime Dance Party, 3 p.m.
- Makerspace demos (all day)
- Activities for Children and Teens (all day)
