National Beer Day is celebrated on April 7th every year, commemorating the Cullen-Harrison Act, which President Franklin D. Roosevelt signed into law March 22, 1933. This law permitted the sale of beer and wine containing up to 3.2% alcohol by weight.
Prior to the passage of this act, sale of even low alcohol beer had been illegal since Prohibition started in 1920.

Celebrate one of the biggest drinking holidays of the year in National Beer Day at Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar with some great deals on their house beers. On Monday, April 7, 2025, guests can get all 16 oz. house beers for only $4 and all 20 oz. house beers for only $5.
