Charlotte Open Air Market and Siva A Manu Polynesian Dance School are presenting the NC Polynesian Festival at Charlotte Open Air Market on Saturday, July 30th, and Sunday, July 31st, 2016, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is free but parking is $5.
