NoDa Company Store is hosting the first ever NoDa Gingerbread House Competition on Tuesday, December 20th, 2016, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. It’s free to enter and there will be prizes.
1st place: $100, plus some NoDa Company Store and brewery goodies
2nd place: $50
You can help determine the winners. They’ll be selected using feedback from the judges and the crowd. 50% each. There are some very creative people in NoDa, so I’m looking forward to seeing the entries.
If you’d like to enter the contest, bring your creation to the store by 5:30 p.m. It must fit into a 24″ x 24″ space. You may use store-bought components or kits.
The Company Store NoDa is a gallery, art bar, beer and wine lounge with great small bite options for food. They’re located in the heart of the entertainment district and offer lots of outdoor seating and gathering space. It’s located at 3221 Yadkin Avenue, right off of North Davidson Street, behind Smelly Cat Coffee.
