9th Annual Octoberfest in Lowell

The 9th Annual Octoberfest in Lowell takes place on Saturday, October 20th, 2018, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., at 102 E. 1st Street, between the Police and Fire Departments, in Lowell.

Lowell is a small city in Gaston County, 22 miles west of Charlotte.

The festival will include music, vendors and kids’ activities. This is a free event.

• 1:00pm – McGinnis Academy of Martial Arts / Checkmat Jiu Jitsu of Gastonia demonstrations
• 1:30pm – Carolina Spotlight Dance Studio performances
• 2:00pm – Frozen’s Elsa & Anna duet
• 2:30pm – Whitewater Bluegrass Band

• 12:00pm – Mickey & Minnie Meet & Greet
• 1:00pm – Paw Patrol Meet & Greet
• 2:00pm – Frozen’s Olaf Meet & Greet
• 2:15pm – Frozen’s Elsa & Anna Meet & Greet
• 3:00pm – Minions & Poppy the Troll Meet & Greet

Kid Zone Area

• 11:00am-4:00pm – Free children’s activities by local organizations
• 11.00am-4:00pm: Face painting and bounce houses
  12:00pm-2:00pm – Balloon Twisting by Will Twist It

$3 Wristband required for face painting, balloon twisting, and unlimited play in bounce houses
