During their summer 2015 art residency, TAPROOT began the development of Dinner Bell: a field guide to impolite southern dinner conversation. This work explores what it means to be Southern and was developed in part through a collaboration with Breathing Art Company, a dance company from Southern Italy. TAPROOT will greet you in costume to perform new ideas for the work, with interactive pop-up scores around the building.
