Little Opera Company of Charlotte is presenting the children’s opera “Hansel and Gretel,” at three local churches, the Charlotte Christmas Village, and Christmas in Davidson. This is a Christmas-themed opera featuring a big gingerbread house, a cackling candy witch, and a dew fairy.
Adult tickets for the shows at St John’s, Sardis Baptist, and Harrisburg Presbyterian Church are $10 at the door or online a week in advance at littleoperacompany.com. Children 12 and under are free!
The shows at Charlotte Christmas Village and Christmas in Davidson are part of the festival entertainment, with free admission for all.
