There are two locations in the Charlotte area:

- Birkdale Village, 16940 Birkdale Commons Parkway, Huntersville, NC

Paletas are larger than normal ice pops. They are hand-made and artisanal.
There are more than 16 popsicle flavors, including:

- Sicilian Pistachio
- Pineapple Mint
- Dulce De Leche
- Strawberry
- Passion fruit
- Banana filled with Nutella
- Strawberry Cheesecake
- Belgian Chocolate
- Greek yogurt & wild berries
- Cookies and Cream

- Coconut
- Mango
Dippings include dark chocolate, crunchy hazelnut, white chocolate and cookie butter. Toppings include Oreos, peanuts, graham crackers, rainbow sprinkles and more.
