The Great American Trailer Park Christmas Musical is gearing up for a great run from December 3rd through December 28th at Actor’s Theatre of Charlotte, 650 East Stonewall Street. Several performances are already sold out. However, Wednesday, November 26th, you can go and “pay what you can.” The suggested donation is $10, but you really can pay whatever you can. The show is at 7:30 p.m. and tickets are available starting at 6:30 p.m. You can not reserve tickets, so you would be wise to show up early. There will be a crowd.
The lovable, zany residents of Armadillo Acres are back! While preparing to decorate a holiday contest, a new Scrooge-like resident begins to wreak havoc on the festivities. With songs like “My Christmas Tin Toy Boy” and “Christmas in My Mobile Home,” get ready for a cat-fightin’, sun-worshippin’, chair-throwin’ good time that’ll make grandma blush.
