If you compete in trivia nights in Charlotte, you’re probably familiar with Jacob Gresham, or his company, Mindless Minutia Trivia, which hosts dozens of trivia nights in Charlotte every week.
On Tuesday, July 9, 2024, you’ll get the chance to see Jacob put to the test himself. He and his family are appearing on the hit show, “The Quiz with Balls.”
In the show, which airs on FOX at 9 p.m., two families compete for $100,000. When a contestant gets an answer wrong a huge ball knocks them into a pool. The last family member standing plays the final round for the big prize.
Watch Party
Gather with Jacob and other locals to watch the airing of this episode of “The Quiz with Balls.” There will be a viewing party at Hopfly Brewing Co., 1327 S Mint Street, Charlotte, North Carolina, at 7 p.m.
What’s New With Mindless Minutia
At the watch party, leading up to the airing of the program, you’ll learn about some new developments with Mindless Minutia.
They are pivoting from a trivia company to an events company that will bring Charlotteans together in many new, unique ways. For example, they’ve started to organize the Harry Potter Wizardry tournament and the Scavenger Hunt Bar Crawl.
They’ve got plans for events that will involve a wide range of Charlotte residents, including mini-festivals and activations, and they have even created a program designed for corporate team building events.
