Ray’s Splash Planet, at 215 N Sycamore Street, Charlotte, North Carolina, is an indoor waterpark with many fun features for kids of all ages. It’s part of Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation, and is on the campus of Irwin Creek Academic Center.
It’s been closed since October, 2023, for maintenance, but is reopening on Friday, March 8, 2024.

- The Blue Comet: 3 story giant slide
- The Lazy River: ride a tube around the Blue Comet
- Saturation Station: For kids under 48 inches tall. Four slides, interactive water play and a tumble bucket
- The Vortex: A current pool
- Meteor Showers: Buckets fill with water and then spill over
- Moon Beach: Gradual beach-like entry
- Sun Drops: Floor jets around the beach entry
- Sea of Tranquility: Two lap lanes for lap swimming or water basketball and volleyball
