On Tuesday, May 29th, 2018, register for FREE swim lessons for your child, age 3-12. The registration event takes place at West Charlotte Recreation Center, 2401 Kendall Drive, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
You must be there in person to registration and you’ve got to register by 6:30. Then there will be a lottery for available spaces. The lottery will start at 6:30 p.m. and will go until 7 p.m., until all spots are filled.
Both child and parent must be at the registration event.
The lessons will take place on evenings and on Saturdays in April at West Charlotte High School’s pool.
This summer, there will again be free lessons at Cordelia Pool and Double Oaks Family Aquatic Center. Signups will be every Saturday at 11 a.m., starting June 16th. Ray’s Splash Planet also offers free lessons but the pool is closed for maintenance until this summer.
