Rockefeller Center’s Happy Hour Art Party: get your photo drawn as an illustration

Rockefeller Center is holding a weekly virtual Happy Hour Art Party on Fridays from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.

The event takes place on Rockefeller Center’s Instagram, so make sure to follow the account. That way you’ll see when the Instagram Live event starts.

At the Happy Hour Art Party, @angelicahicks, Rockefeller Center friend & illustrator, brings the Rockefeller Center community to life on paper. Here’s how it works:

• Send @rockefellercenter a Direct Message on Instagram with a photo of yourself, your pet, your favorite plant or whoever you’ve found yourself socially distancing with. 
• On Friday from 5-6pm ET., join @rockefellercenter live on Instagram, grab a drink or some snacks, settle in, and watch Angelica make illustration magic.
• Following the live session, they’ll send you a digital copy of your illustration to print at home.
