Celebrate Cinco de Mayo a couple days early at 7th Street Public Market, 224 East 7th Street, on Saturday, May 3rd, 2014, with “Sizzlin’ Salsa Saturday.” From 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. the public is invited to taste a number of salsas from local businesses and vote on their favorite. It’s free to sample and to vote. The winners will be announced at 3 p.m. The following businesses have thrown their hat into the ring.
