Starting December 3rd, 2020, children of all ages will have the opportunity to drop off a letter to Santa in his mailbox in Uptown Charlotte.
The Letters to Santa Station will operate from Thursday to Sunday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., from December 3rd to December 19th, 2020.
You’ll find the Letters to Santa Station at Bank of America Plaza, at Trade & Tryon Streets.
Once the child places their letter into the interactive mailbox, they will hear music and a special message from one of the Santa’s elves. Each child’s letter will be read and responded to from the North Pole.
A holiday attendant will host the mailbox during operational hours. Stationery, envelopes and pens will be available for letters to be written on site but please feel free to bring your own letter from home.
Just make sure that the return address is listed so each child can receive a response from the North Pole!
Masks and social distancing are required when visiting the mailbox.
