Santa is planning to ride through the Town of Waxhaw over the course of six days so that everyone can see him and wave to him.
The extended tour will take place from December 13th to 18th, 2020, beginning each evening at 6:30 p.m.
He won’t be stopping in any neighborhoods, but will be passing through and waving, wishing everyone a Merry Christmas.
He will be riding behind the cab of the fire truck. If it rains he will ride inside the cab, on the right side.
The Town of Waxhaw has advised you to watch from the RIGHT side of the street at Santa passes if you want to see his face. If you are on the LEFT side of the street, you might just see his backside.
In the event of an emergency call, portions of the route may not be completed.
Please follow the Town of Waxhaw’s social media accounts to see any changes due to weather or other circumstances.
The Town of Waxhaw created some cute graphics to show his route each evening.
