Sensory Friendly Film Showings at AMC Theatres

AMC Theatres has partnered with the Autism Society to offer sensory-friendly movie showings. On Wednesday evenings they show movies for mature audiences, and on the second and fourth Saturday of the month, they show family-friendly movies.

The lights will be up and the sound will be down. Guests will be free to get up, dance, walk, shout and sing.

The time may vary per theater, so make sure to check. These are the Charlotte area AMC theaters that are listed as participating in the program:

AMC Concord Mills 24, 8421 Concord Mills Blvd, Concord, NC
AMC Carolina Pavilion 22, 9541 South Boulevard, Charlotte, NC

Tickets are regular price and can vary.
