Main Street Children’s Museum, at 133 E Main Street, Rock Hill, South Carolina, hosts occasional sensory-friendly evenings, sponsored by ABSKids.
Main Street Children’s Museum is geared to children from birth to age six. Artist Vernon Grant’s work is the inspiration behind the museum, where nursery rhymes have been transformed into play spaces.
At the sensory-friendly events, the lights will be turned low, and noisy manipulatives, including the air-machine will be turned off or put away.
It’s FREE to attend.
No RSVP is required, but there is limited capacity, so come early.
The next two sensory-friendly evenings are:
- Tuesday, November 12, 2024
- Tuesday, January 14, 2024
5 to 7 p.m. each evening.
