Free Easter Egg hunt at Serenity Alpacas

Serenity Alpacas is a family owned farm that offers hands-on experiences with alpacas. The farm is at 226 Walker Valley Drive, Stony Point, North Carolina, is near Statesville, and about 55 miles north of Charlotte, up I-77.

Serenity Alpacas is offering some special events during Spring Break, 2025.

Kids visit free during Spring Break! From Monday, April 14, to Friday, April 18, 2025, with the exception of Thursday, kids can visit for free at 10 a.m. or 12 p.m.

You’ll need to reserve your spots. To do that, go to SerenityAlpacas.com. Choose “tours and more” from the menu. Then choose “tours and amenities” and then “Alpaca Hugs Tour.” When you book, only book spots for the adults, as kids are free. It will cost $10 per adult.

Also, if it looks like there are no tours available on Monday or Tuesday, check back soon, as those dates hadn’t been updated at the time of this post.

You’ll get an interactive hands-on tour, and can picnic under the pavilion, explore the trail and shop the store.

On Saturday, April 19, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Serenity Alpacas is hosting an Easter Egg Hunt and Party. Spend time with the alpacas, shop, enjoy treats and food, and more. At 11 a.m. there will be an egg hunt. You’ll have a chance to win a Serenity Alpacas annual family pass.

There’s no cost for this event and no registration is required.
