WDAV Classical Public Radio’s Small Batch Concert Series is returning for the 2024/2025 season after a four-year hiatus. This popular chamber music series presents good music in an unconventional, laid-back atmosphere.
The concerts will take place at Free Range Brewing, 2320 N Davidson Street, Charlotte, North Carolina.
This season, WDAV is introducing a new Pay What You Can ticketing model for all Small Batch events.
Ticket buyers are invited to name the price that works best for them, and attendees who purchase tickets at the $20 level and above will receive a limited edition Small Batch pint glass and a Free Range beer or nonalcoholic beverage of their choice.
Please note that if you reserve a free ticket, that doesn’t guarantee a place to sit. Please arrive early. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
WDAV’s fan-favorite mobile record store will also be on site at each concert with classical CDs and LPs to peruse at prices as low as $1 apiece.

“Voices of Love” is a a swoon-worthy evening of vocal music presented by Opera Carolina. Soprano Corey Lovelace, mezzo-soprano Julia Fertel, and tenor Johnnie Felder will treat your ears to a wide-ranging program of romantic opera arias and duets, art songs, and musical theatre staples just in time for Valentine’s Day.
