Canceled: Snow Fest in Huntersville

Update: This event had to be canceled due to all the continuing rain.

Huntersville Parks & Recreation is presenting Snow Fest on Saturday, January 18th, 2020, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., at Barry Park, 13707 Beatties Ford Road, Huntersville.

This is a FREE event.

ZippyIce will be blasting artificial snow in the park to allow families to enjoy some down-hill sledding.

Bring your own sled, toboggan or tube. (Look below for some good choices, in case you don’t have one yet.)

There will also be a treasure hunt for kids age 1-5.

Enjoy hot chocolate and warm donuts. S’more vendors will be there as well.

In addition, Roaming Fork food truck will be on site.
