Be led on an extraordinary journey of sacred cacao, guided visualizations, and expressive movement led by Jane the Guide! The plant cacao is said to heal the heart, balance the mind, and free the body! Jane’s cacao is ceremonial grade, made with intention, and offers incredible healing benefits. While allowing the energies of the cacao to settle in, be guided in a powerful meditation on letting go.
We will free the ego-ic mind of attachment, excess chatter, and expectations to find joy and peace within. This meditation promotes clarity in your being and life, allowing yourself to express openly, diminishing limitations to live your best life! As you begin to feel the properties of the cacao, join us in this unique flow that empowers one to explore the connection of body and breath by inviting in freeform movement, as the heart opens to healing. While listening to sacred sound, we learn to let go without specific steps and postures to follow; one can loose themselves to the rhythm, and move freely, as the music takes them into a form of meditation in motion.
Evoke a trance-like state and a feeling of complete ecstasy. End this session feeling uplifted, transformed, lighter, and clearer as you find a new way to express yourself without speech, aligning with your personal truth. Learn more about the healing properties of cacao, Jane the Guide, and her other offers.
