Downtown Waxhaw will be the site for the free two-day Spring Fest, Saturday, May 17th, 2014, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday, May 18th, from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. Enjoy roving street performers, jugglers, clowns, mimes, balloon artists and magicians. There will be a juried art show, a kids’ zone and specialty foods. On Saturday night starting at 7 p.m. there will be a free concert featuring Taylor Dean and Lipstick on a Pig.
