StarMed Gastonia: Free school supplies and discount child physicals

StarMed Gastonia, at 405 N Chester Street, Gastonia, NC, is hosting a back to school giveaway and discounted child physicals on Friday, July 21, 2023, from 3 to 6 p.m.

Children’s physicals, which are normally $55, will be just $40. In addition, children will receive a free backpack filled with school supplies.

Distribution will be on a first come, first serve basis, and a physical is not necessary to receive a backpack.
